Shipping policy

We ship from China, and it usually takes about 5-15 days to deliver to the United States, Europe and most countries in Asia. (Some remote areas may take more time, such as Hawaii in the United States.)
Our cooperating transporter is 4PX, which supports shipments to most countries and regions in the world. 
After your order arrives in your country, it will be handled by your local country's transportation company. For example, in the United States, it will be delivered to you by USPS. 
If your order is lost or damaged, we will re-ship it or refund you.
