Our initial interest was handmade resin artisan keycaps and resin wrist rests. We used to provide customization services for customers on etsy. The store name was: Hijenney. As our business continued to grow, we served almost tens of thousands of customers. Our works now include resin artisan keycaps, resin wrist rests, wooden wrist rests, stone wrist rests, resin art night lights, ornaments, jewelry, accessories, and more interesting handmade works. (Now we are no longer working with etsy).

Generally, there is no additional charge for changing the color and style. If you have a more complex customization request, it is more suitable as a new style. I suggest you contact us before placing an order.
For simple customization requirements, you can directly purchase it and then leave me a message in your order. If we think there is a problem with the request, we will contact you.
Most of our resin and wood works, such as resin keycaps and resin wood wrist rests, can be changed according to your needs such as color, style, and even size.

The customization time is generally about 5-15 days. If you have more complex personalized customization requirements, please have more time and patience. We will prepare new materials and design new styles for you, and estimate the time required for delivery.
We ship from China, and it usually takes about 5-15 days to deliver to the United States, Europe and most countries in Asia. (Some remote areas may take more time, such as Hawaii in the United States.) Our cooperating transporter is 4PX, which supports shipments to most countries and regions in the world. After your order arrives in your country, it will be handled by your local country's transportation company. For example, in the United States, it will be delivered to you by USPS.
